We've recently released a completely new version of our widget that's not only way faster but also looks awesome! This version brings a bunch of new features and improvements to the chatbot. Last month, we introduced support for automatically tagging conversations. Now, you can also automatically tag contacts. Speaking of contacts, the chatbot can now collect contact information for you. It can ask visitors for their name, email, or phone number and even require consent with GDPR.

In this update, we focused only on one thing - speed. We have greatly improved the speed of loading messages. You should notice it immediately when you open a conversation!
Oh, and it's now also possible to delete resolved conversations. We know some of you were missing this feature.

You can now add actions to individual nodes of every chatbot. We're starting with an action that automatically adds tags to a conversation. More actions are already in the works and we will be adding them in upcoming releases.

If you ever needed to reorder nodes in your Chatbot, now you can! Just hold your finger on a node and then move it somewhere else.

The design of the app has evolved a lot over the years. Unfortunately, some parts of the app were left behind. We've decided to change it and to unify the look of the app. It's going to be a long process but in this release, you can see a first preview of the new design especially in Settings.
In the coming releases, we will continue to unify the app's design, and also we will bring you some new features.

We've tweaked the app under the hood to make it even easier to work with. One of the changes you may notice is the rearranged order of shortcuts. In Smarthub, you may notice that every statistic shows a trend.
For a few years, you were used to seeing a notification in the Notification Center that indicated that the communication is ensured. This is no longer necessary, so don't be scared when it disappears after an update. All your notifications will continue to work as before.
